1. How do I get in contact with you?

If you ever need to get in touch with us, or your cleaner, here is our contact information:

To cancel your Window Cleaning please contact our cancellation line by calling 07840843834. Cancellations can only be actioned by calling this number.

Our Customer Service team are contactable: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 16:00 (excluding Bank Holidays.)

2. How do I change my address?

If you need to request change your address with us, please contact us by emailing us at hello@patchapp.uk

Please include the full name and the current full address we have on the account, along with the new address. We will have to check to make sure your new address is in an area we are operating in, before confirming.

3. Can I move, or choose, my own date for a clean?

Your cleans are managed by your individual Service Operative, so the dates offered to you are based on their availability at that time, for that area.

You can however skip an upcoming clean, should you not want it to go ahead.

4. When will my payments be taken?

The first clean's payment will always be taken straight away, on the day you sign up to our services.

From the second clean onwards, the payment will always be taken the day before the clean takes place.

5. Do you cover my postcode?

Here you can use our useful Postcode Checker to see what areas we currently cover. We are so excited to assist you in finding out if we cover your postcode, however if your area is not included, then it is most likely because we are still busy expanding. If this is the case, then you can leave us your details once you've used the postcode checker and we will let you know when we're operating in your area.

6. How can I make a booking?

The best way to make and manage your booking is on our website or on our app from the iOS App Store, or Google Play Store.

If you don't have a smart phone you can use the main Booking Page. Here, we will guide you through everything you need to do to get you started.

7. What do I do if my cleaner doesn't turn up?

We’re sorry this has happened to you. Like with any problem you may come across with your cleans, we always encourage all our customers to get in touch with us using our customer service channels - email us at hello@patchapp.uk along with the Full Name and Full Address the account is held in, or ring us on 07840843834

8. What do I do if I receive poor service/How can I report an issue?

9. How do I change my payment card details?

To update your payment card details, please follow these instructions:

1. Please log into your account on our website or app

2. Click on your profile

3. Click on 'Payment Card' 

4. Click on 'Add Card Details'

5. There, you can enter your new card details.

10. How do I cancel my window cleans?

To cancel your Window Cleaning please contact our Customer Services by calling 07840843834. Cancellations can only be actioned by calling this number.
